Adam is also a member of the Canadian Armed Forces. Having spent the majority of his career instructing new Royal Canadian Air Force pilots and developing future training programs, he wishes to use this experience and expertise to bring the joy of aviation to those who would not normally have the opportunity. He values time with his family as well as a growth mindset. He sees what an incredible opportunity the VSB Foundation has to support STEM education through the exciting capabilities that Virtual Reality simulation can provide.

Matthew is a member of the Canadian Forces, as an Aerospace Control Operator previously working in NORAD and now as a Precision Radar Controller. Matthew looks to share his passion for aviation and simulation through this exciting new venture.

Matthew is the Lead of the Virtual Snowbirds a Flight simulator enthusiast group focused on replicating the Canadian Forces Snowbirds in Digital Combat Simulator.

Rick Stewart's career in aviation education and flight simulation technology is marked by a blend of passion, innovation, and dedication. Graduating from Confederation College’s Aviation Flight Management Program in 2007, he quickly ascended from a Class 4 to a Class 2 flight instructor, later contributing as a Pilot Testing Officer with the Royal Canadian Air Force through Allied Wing, now known as KF Aerospace Defense. His journey continued with significant roles at Sault College and Ornge, where he enriched his teaching with real-world aviation experience. Returning to Confederation College as a Professor of Aviation, Rick has explored the forefront of flight training technology, integrating virtual reality to enhance pilot training. Influenced by his family's aviation background and an early interest in building flight simulators, Rick's innovative teaching methods are further enriched by his burgeoning interest in psychology, focusing on how individuals acquire new knowledge and overcome learning barriers.
